Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

on 05 Mar 2012 There was one mistake in by billing for the private tour guide. The tour operator checked our e-mail coorespondence and corrected the 20 Euro mistake immediately.
We were also very surprised that our tour was a "private" tour for just the two of us. Maybe this was because it is "off season", and this will not always be the case during the busy season.

queries were answered .
