Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info: After you have collected your luggage, you will be welcomed at the exit gate by our driver. The driver will be holding a sign board with your name.

As we were not traveling with a group, it was not easy to find transportation to Medjugorje. This private transfer service was ideal. We were picked up at our hotel near Split by Eddy. He made sure we took a scenic route along the coast to get as much out of our trip as possible. He even stopped at good spots so we could take photos. Wonderful!
